They did not provide us with room inspite of booking with BOOKING.COM, we reached property with family but they point blank denied saying that since we did not give advance of Rs 1400 , the reservation standa cancelled whereas on app BOOKING .COM clearly mentions that there is no need to pay , we had very hard time to go for another hotel at higher price ,

We will never book any further with BOOKING .COM , very bad experiance with VRINDAVAN AND DELHI BOTH

It’s close to the metro station.

The hotel is incredibly shady. The first room I was shown had stains on the bed. The next room I went to was no better. The bathroom was also filthy, mould on the walls and a strong smell of urine. It also didn’t feel safe as there were several men just hanging around in the corridors.

Location is on the main road in Greater Kailash, good restaurants nearby.

Cleanliness and hygiene issues, cockroaches in the bathroom, unclean sheets, malfunctioning shower. No breakfast options in the hotel.

The location is great.

The bedsheet had holes in it, can share video. The switch board was loose and used to come out of the fixture, the staff was far from being hospitable, as I would expect of a "Grand Boutique" hotel.

Room was nothing like the pictures.Room needs good cleaning. Hot water did not last much. Room decor needs updating. Location was good.

Other than its proximity to the metro station, this hotel is in a very shady building once you enter.

The pictures are all misleading; it doesn’t even look 20% like the pictures show. They don’t change bedsheets after each traveler stays and you can just smell the foul odor the moment you enter. Broken lamps and damp on walls is quite visible. The towels are just bad and the bathrooms are worn down.

The location is good near by stores are 24*7 so it was nice.

Room were not clean upto the amount that has been charged. Staff are confused. I asked for hot water and it was not been provided instead they slept.

Too many problems to complain to him about…The bed sheets were stained, towels had makeup on. Bathroom dirty with muck on the sink, matches in the shower, just general not clean feeling in this building. We got lots and lots of bites which we didn’t get at another hotel in Delhi.The wifi didn’t work in our room which we told the man about, we had to sit in the hallway to use the internet. Bad value for money I would recommend spend £5 more and go to home@f37.

Hard to find - no lobby, entrance around side above a car dealership. Original room they gave us had no Wi-Fi service, so they switched us to another room, which was very dirty and smelled musty. Promised breakfast was minimal. The booking required an online deposit, but the link they sent would not work. I made many attempts, all failed. numerous emails back & forth with no actual communication; instead, started to get threats the reservation might get cancelled. It’s India, so no expectations of excellence at this hotel class, and a minimally adequate & safe place to stay, but disappointing & not as good as the description suggested. Would not recommend or stay there again.

After i booked room from booking.com , but they denied and told me hotel is overbooked, i spend 500 to uber for reaching hotel and hotel told no room for me ?

No hot water, bedsheets and towels were too old.

Close to Metro

Needs proper cleaning, sheets were stained and had cigarette holes, furniture had scratches, wall paint chipping off, room had a musty smell, room wqs used to store mattresses, no proper receptionist to receive guests, it appeared to be a motel for couples, Fabhotels customer service did not listen to my concerns nor resolve it appropriately
